A big thank you to the wonderful staff and customers at Tesco Extra on Chester Road in Stretford. All of your donations to our recent food collection event will go straight to families in South Manchester this festive period.
The total weight for customer donations was 2384.45kg which will provide 5,677 meals feeding 630 people three meals per day for three days. Tesco Extra donated a further 267.15kg
Thanks also goes to our brilliant volunteers who worked hard over several days to promote our food collection to shoppers, organise donations and weigh them in.
