Hulme Winter Festival 2021

Get involved in the festive activities taking place at Hulme Winter Festival.

  • Christmas lights switch on event will take place on Friday 3 December from 3.30pm in Hulme Park on Stretford Road
  • Visit Father Christmas on Friday 3 December (4pm-6pm) at the Ascension Church Hulme, 282 Streford Road
  • Z-Arts Winter Party on Friday 3 December (4pm-7pm) at Z Arts, 335 Stretford Road
  • The Tiger who came to tea M15 Special on Friday 3 December 4pm and 5.30pm, free entry but booking required- email [email protected], or contact 0161 226 1912
  • Carols and worship at the Ascension. Carols in the Sanctuary, Sunday 5 December (11.30am)
    Informal carols around the piano on Thursday 9 December (7.30pm), Crib Service on Friday 24 December (3pm),  and Holy Communion on Saturday 25 Dec (10am) Ascension Church Hulme, 282 Stretford Road.
  • Winterfest- Join us for festive winter fun including wreath making, live music, crafts and seasonal
    food. Children’s activities including magical Ice Grotto on Saturday 4 December (12 – 5pm)
    Hulme Community Garden Centre, 28 Old Birley Street M15 5RG.
  • Winter Macrame Crafting- Treat yourself to an afternoon of refreshments and crafting, led by a local Macramé artist. Suitable for adults. Booking essential via hulmechristmascrafts.
